Mediation is a voluntary collaborative process where individuals who have a conflict with one another identify issues, develop options, consider alternatives, and develop a consensual agreement. Trained mediators facilitate open communication to resolve differences in a non-adversarial, confidential manner.
Family mediation (divorce, separation, conflicts) provides an opportunity to resolve matters in a positive and constructive way by helping to improve communication between family members. It often results in greater understanding and improved communication and often leads to long-lasting agreements, favorable to everyone.
Individual Support & Coaching
I accompany individuals who are facing difficult situations at work (sexual and moral harassment, verbal aggression, isolation, workload issues, burn-out, stress, misunderstanding, communication issues) or in their family (divorce, separation, communication issues etc.) through legal and strategic support & coaching.
At work :
- sexual and moral (mobbing) harassment
- abusive behavior
- verbal aggression
- workload issues
- communication issues, conflicts
- disagreement, misunderstandings, etc.
- communication issues
- conflicts, etc.
Consulting via Skype
I regularly work on situations of suffering at work (overwork, burn-out, bore-out, demotivation, harassment, performance management, conflicts etc.) as well as on situations involving family and relationship issues.
In this context, I combine a systemic and strategic approach (Palo Alto) with my legal skills to guide my clients in the search for practical, effective and adapted solutions.
The systemic approach assumes that the client belongs to a complex relational system where interactions can sometimes become dysfunctional, particularly in the case of human and/or organizational changes.
It will then be necessary to pay particular attention to improving the quality of the client’s interactions with each of the other actors of the environment concerned.
The challenge of such strategic coaching will be to establish other ways of understanding reality, with tools or practical actions different from those already used by the client.
By changing the way he interacts with others and with his problem, the client will change the overall functioning of the system in question and thus be able to solve his problem.
